a garden-to-glass shaken cocktail ยท serves 1

  • 2 ozgin
  • ยพ ozrosemary-sage syrup (recipe on the right)
  • ยฝ ozdry vermouth
  • ยฝ ozfresh lemon juice
  • garnishrosemary sprig + borage flower
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a borage flower from the garden
  1. Combine equal parts sugar and water on setting II
  2. Add 2โ€“3 sprigs of rosemary and 4โ€“5 fresh sage leaves from the garden
  3. Simmer on setting I for 5 minutes, then switch off
  4. Cool completely, strain, store in the fridge โ€” keeps for 2 weeks
